【摘要】 目的探讨经导管动脉内栓塞术(TAE)与手术方法治疗外伤性肝破裂的临床疗效。方法选择外伤所致肝破裂患者60例,随机分为TAE治疗组与手术治疗组,统计和分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间、恢复饮食时间、术后一周肝内血肿变化、术后一周丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)变化、并发症及不良反应发生率。结果 TAE较传统手术组患者相比,患者手术时间、住院时间、恢复饮食时间、术后一周肝内血肿变化、术后一周ALT变化、并发症及不良反应发生率均低于手术组(P<0.05)。结论急诊TAE救治创伤性肝破裂出血具有手术时间短,恢复快,对肝功能影响小,并发症及不良反应发生率低,疗效优于传统手术疗法,值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) and surgical treatment in traumatic rupture of the liver.Methods The date of 60 patients with traumatic rupture of the liver hospitalized in our hospital were collected.The patients were divided into TAE group and surgery group according to the injuries.Operative time,hospital stay,the time to resumption of food intake,postoperative intrahepatic hematoma and the change of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) at one week after surgery,complications and adverse reaction rate were analyzed.Results Compared with traditional surgery group,operative time,hospital stay,time to resumption of food intake,postoperative intrahepatic hematoma and ALT level at one week after treatment,complications and adverse reaction rate were lower in TAE group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency TAE has the advantages of short operation time,quick recovery,little influence on liver function,and low incidence of complications and adverse reaction;it is suggested that better curative effect is achieved with TAE than traditional surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture of the liver.更多还原
