【摘要】 目的探讨第二磨牙正锁的不同矫治方法及效果。方法将临床工作中14例第二磨牙正锁患者,根据正锁牙在近远中方向、垂直向和颊舌向错位的不同类别,分别采用不同的矫治方案,即正锁牙临床表现为近远中方向问题时选择拔牙法、交互牵引法、T形曲矫正法或改良腭杆腭侧牵引法;表现为垂直向问题时常采用T形曲矫正法或改良腭杆腭侧牵引法或双曲舌簧活动矫治法;颊舌向错位明显时,采用交互牵引法。观察治疗效果。结果 14例患者正锁均得到有效解除,并建立良好的咬合接触关系。结论据不同临床表现,选用不同的矫治方案可有效解除第二磨牙正锁。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore different methods and results in treatment of second molar buccal crossbite.Methods Fourteen patients with second molar buccal crossbite were given with different therapeutic methods according to different situation of teeth: mesial-distal dimension,vertical dimension or buccolingual direction.The selection of methods for extracting teeth including interactive traction method,T-shaped method or improved palatal bar and palatal root traction method.In general speaking,T-shaped method or improved palatal bar and palatal root traction method were applied for vertical dimension,and interactive traction method was applied for buccolingual direction.The curative effect of each method was observed and compared.Results Fourteen patients recovered normal occlusion after treatment.Conclusion The selection of different treatment method according to different clinical symptoms can effectively correct malocclusion.更多还原
