【摘要】 目的观察超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞计数在不同类型冠心病患者中的差异,探讨其在冠心病诊断和预测中的临床意义。方法经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者(80例),其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)组26例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组34例,稳定型心绞痛(SA)组20例;检测各组手术前血清hs-CRP浓度及全血白细胞计数及5分类并进行比较。结果各组之间hs-CRP水平差异显著(P<0.001);在白细胞计数中AMI组与UA组患者单核细胞比率(MNC%)均明显高于SA组(P<0.001),AMI组与UA组患者间比较无显著差异。结论冠心病患者血清hs-CRP浓度及全血中单核细胞比率是两个有价值的冠脉损伤的检测指标,可以作为冠脉事件预测的重要因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and white blood cell count in patients with coronary heart diseases,and to explore the clinical significance of these two indicators in diagnosis and prediction of coronary heart diseases.Methods According to the results of coronary arteriography,a total of 80 patients diagnosed as coronary heart diseases were divided into three group: acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group(n=26),unstable angina(UA) group(n=34) and stable angina(SA) group(n=20).The plasma level of hs-CRP and white blood cell count and five kinds of diffenertials,then their results were analyzed and compared.Results There was significant difference in plasma levels of hs-CRP among these groups(P<0.001).In white blood cell count and differentials,the percentage of mononuclear cells(MNC%) in patients of AMI group and UA group was significantly higher than that of patients in SA group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between AMI group and UA group.Conclusion In patients with coronary heart diseases,plasma level of hs-CRP and percentage of mononuclear cells(MNC%) are two valuable indicators for detection of the damage in coronary artery,and they can be used as important factors for predicting coronary events.更多还原
