【摘要】 论文在系统中药学"品、质、性、效、用"思想的指导下,以中药大黄为研究对象,设计中药炮制综合实验,涵盖大黄药材基源鉴定、大黄炮制品制备、质量标准及药效评价等内容,涉及中药鉴定学、中药炮制学、中药化学、药物分析、中药药理学等多学科知识。通过该实验的实施,能够将多学科知识串联后实训学生,达到提升综合实践能力的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,under the guidance of the system of traditional Chinese medicine theory " products,quality and efficiency",then regarding rhubarb as the research subject,designs comprehensive experimental of processing Chinese Materia Medica,and covers the sources identification of Radix,processing preparation of rhubarb,the quality standards of the rhubarb processed products and the pharmacodynamic evaluation.Discipline covers multidisciplinary,such as Identification of Chinese Materia Medica,science of processing Chinese material media,pharmaceutical analysis,Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and so on.Through the implementation of this experiment,we can train students before series of the above multi-disciplinary knowledge,and achieve the purpose to enhance the comprehensive practical ability.更多还原
