【摘要】 大型仪器设备是大学教学和科研的基础,是学校最重要的资产之一,充分用好这些资产对学校发展起着至关重要的作用。文中根据华中农业大学近几年对大型仪器设备管理的实际情况,结合作者的工作实践和体会,对我院大型仪器设备的管理从实验队伍人才培养、仪器设备购置与管理、应用功能开发、仪器共享服务以及这几年所取得的成绩进行总结,希望对读者今后的工作有所帮助,对提高高校教学科研仪器设备管理有所启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-grade equipments are an important base for teaching and scientific research,and are also one of most assets in university.So using these high-grade equipments well will play a positive role in development of teaching and scientific research.Based on our experiences in management and use of high-grade equipments,one reviewed the experiences in management talent train,equipment purchase,function exploitation,application service for high-grade equipment and the obtained results in recent years in the present paper.The aim is to provide some advices and suggestions for improving equipment use efficiency in university.更多还原
