用晶体管图示仪测量线性光耦

【摘要】 线性光耦良好的电磁隔离功能和线性度而有广泛的工业应用,却没有专门的测量设备测量线性光耦输出特性曲线,利用线性光耦和晶体管有相同的流控电流源电路模型的原理,再将四端元件的线性光耦巧妙地接成与晶体管对应的三端元件,就可利用晶体管图示仪测量线性光耦的输出特性曲线,文中给出了很好的测量结果。

【Abstract】 The linear optical coupling has a wide range in industrial applications,with its good electromagnetic isolation function and linearity,but there is no special equipment to measure the special curve which is to show the linear optical coupling output character.The linear optical coupling and transistors have the same circuit model of the flow control current source,then using this principle,the linear optical coupling with four-terminal components is connected to the three-terminal components which are corresponding to the transistors,the output curve of the linear optical coupling can be measured by the transistor chart equipment.The good measuring result is presented in this paper.
