【摘要】 目的:对成人下颌骨舌下腺窝解剖形态进行分析,为下颌后牙区进行牙种植手术时提供参考。方法:采用多层螺旋CT扫描成像方法,对60例离体成人下颌骨标本扫描,测量和分析下颌骨舌下腺窝解剖形态特点。结果:60例下颌骨标本中下颌骨舌下腺窝形态可分为4类,下颌骨舌下腺窝骨倒凹最深点集中在第二前磨牙或第一磨牙的根尖下方。结论:下颌骨舌下腺窝在人群中解剖结构变异较大,在下颌后牙区进行牙种植手术时应考虑舌下腺窝的解剖特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the morphology of sublingual gland fossa in adult mandible.Methods: 60 in-vitro adult mandibles,especially the area of sublingual gland fossa were scanned by Multi-slic CT(MSCT).And the produced images were analyzed by MSCT data system.Results: The morphology of sublingual gland fossa was concluded as Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ.The deepest points of all the undercuts were localized between the root tip point of second premolar or first molar.Conclusion: Individual morphology of sublingual gland fossa should be taken into account when implant surgery is performed at posterior mandibular area.更多还原
