【摘要】 用化学发光法检测36例口腔鳞癌、11例口腔颌面部其他恶性肿瘤、45例口腔颌面部良性肿瘤患者以及70例正常人血清中鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)水平。鳞癌组SCC-Ag水平明显高于良性肿瘤组(P<0.01)、正常组(P<0.01)以及其他恶性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。SCC-Ag可作为口腔鳞癌患者辅助诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum level of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag) in 36 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),11 with other oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor,45 with oral and maxillofacial benign tumor and 70 healthy people was measured by chemoluminescence method.Serum level of the SCC-Ag in patients with OSCC was significantly higher than that in those with other malignant tumors(P<0.05) or with benign tumors(P<0.01) or in healthy people(P<0.01).Serum SCC3-Ag level may be an indicator in diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
