测控专业PLC实践教学一体化探讨

【摘要】 "可编程控制器"是我校测控技术与仪器专业中一门实践性要求高的专业课程。设计自制了多功能一体化PLC综合实践教学平台,以满足实验、实习、毕业设计等不同实践教学环节的多种需要;积极探索和实现PLC实践能力培养一体化方法,努力将实验、实习和毕业设计的内容进行有机衔接;同时努力实现专业内不同课程间实践教学环节成果的有效融合。通过这些措施的落实,在培养学生实践能力和工程意识等方面取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 The Programmable Controller is a course requiring extensive practice for the Measurement Control and Instrumentation major.To improve the effectiveness of practical teaching,an integrated multifunctional PLC teaching platform is developed to serve different sections of practical teaching,including in-lab experiments,on-site practices and thesis projects.This paper investigates the methodology of improving effectiveness of PLC teaching by integrating different practice sections of PLC class and those of different classes.All the effort renders the enhanced practical ability and consolidates their identity as engineering students.
