【摘要】 独立学院新的办学机制和办学定位为实验教学队伍建设、稳定和发展提供了良好的氛围。独立学院在用人机制、工资待遇和领导重视程度等方面与公办高校相比具有明显优势。目前存在的主要问题是实验教学队伍科研力量薄弱。从长远发展考虑,不利于教学水平的提高,会影响学科建设和专业建设质量。如果不能尽快采取有效措施,将不利于吸引高端人才,最终将导致独立学院发展后劲不足,逐渐丧失已经取得的办学优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Independent colleges offer the excellent atmosphere for training and improving experimental instructors,benefiting from new management system and educational orientation.Comparing public universities,the independent colleges have the advantages in employment mechanism,title assessing,income and benefit,and leadership attention.The current problem is that researching ability of experimental instructors in independent colleges is relatively week.In the long run,the problem will affect the quality of subjects construction and majors construction.If effective measures are not taken as soon as possible,it will result in the lack of high-quality talents and affect negatively the development of independent colleges in the long run.更多还原
