【摘要】 介绍了基于MES(制造执行系统)应用的流水线设计与优化综合实验的组织实施过程。针对实验室制造执行系统的生产现场管理功能,让学生亲身体验流水线作业现场中物料管理、生产计划、加工、检验等流程,并进行生产线平衡、统计过程控制,优化生产线,培养了学生运用综合专业知识应用于生产实践的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses how to organize and implement the comprehensive experiment of the flow line design and optimization based on the application of MES.Aiming at the production site management functions of the laboratory manufacturing execution systems,this experiment supplies the experiencing chance for students of material management,production plan,processing,testing and other typical processes in production field.Additionally,the students would take the line balancing,statistical process control and production line optimization.This comprehensive experiment can cultivate the ability of integrating and applying professional knowledge into production practice.更多还原
