基于LabVIEW的微米颗粒散射光信号的采集与分析
Acquisition and analysis of the scattering light signals of microparticles based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 获取微米颗粒散射光信号是利用夫琅禾费衍射原理分析和测定微米颗粒粒度的基础。介绍了由计算机和高速数据采集卡组成的高速采集微米颗粒散射光信号的装置,讨论了在基于虚拟仪器软件平台的程序设计中,散射光信号的高速采集、存储、显示和分析等问题,通过实验证明能够得到反映微米颗粒粒度的散射光信号,并能利用散射光信号进行微米颗粒的粒度分析。
【Abstract】 The use of the principle of Fraunhofer diffraction to analyze microparticle size is based on the acquisition of the scattering light signals.High speed data acquisition equipment,which consists of a computer and a high speed data acquisition card,is introduced.Based on a simple algorithm that was developed with the graphical programming language LabVIEW,the related problems such as how to acquire,store,display and analyse the scattering light signals are discussed during the course of programming.The results are obtained,which can reflect scattering light signals of microparticles by experiments.These results can also be used to analyse microparticle size.
