【Abstract】 With the continuous input of construction funds to the state key laboratories,the number of laboratory equipment has been increased gradually.Mechanisms and measures for the construction,management,opening up and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment have a special meaning.For providing strong support for the basic research and the key engineering technology innovation,the management of large-scale instruments and equipment needs to change ideas radically to reach the goal of maximizing the use efficiency of instruments and equipment by taking measures such as building the public experimental platform and implementing opening up and sharing mechanism.更多还原
