【Abstract】 This paper began with an analysis on the importance of experimental teaching and laboratory construction,and aimed at the problems in the process of university laboratory team construction,such as insufficient attention,lack of follow-up education,inadequate incentive mechanisms,low quality of the overall team and unreasonable structure of the team.The effective measure of construction on laboratory team was proposed.更多还原
