【Abstract】 During the period of new history,the open platform of large-scale instruments and equipment plays an increasingly critical role in the cultivation of talents.This article attempts to probe into the restraining factors which hindered the effectiveness about large-scale instruments and equipment sharing.Moreover,the innovative experience from multi-levels in the opening experiments of new mode is also introduced such as to construct innovative platform in three-dimensional aspect on talents’ cultivation for universities,disciplines,colleges,to carry out basic experiment training,comprehensive experimental training,and practical ability of developing.In this way,the large-scale instruments and equipment can be utilized fully by universities and the high level of cultivating talents is boosted as well.Besides,the useful reference and experience are also available for promoting the cultivation level of innovative talents.更多还原
