【Abstract】 According to requirements of DNA electrophoresis of biological,the application circuit is designeed,simulating processing is carried on by computer,the circuit is modified to form a molded circuit program,and a portable electrophoresis equipment is built.Making the biological DNA electrophoresis tank is completed,and its controller and the equipment boxes are designed.With communication of the Department of Biology,the development of a real instrument is achieved.更多还原
