水下生产系统典型布局形式的适应性研究

【摘要】 为了进一步研究水下生产系统的4种典型布局形式在工程应用中的可行性,以西非深水E油气田为例,根据其水深、油藏规模、井口数量、井网分布等,提出全干式、全湿式和半干半湿式的独立开发模式,并结合4种布局形式的特点,设计出7种水下布局方案。最终推荐全湿式的5个丛式管汇的布局CM-5-1和CM-5-2作为可选方案。在此基础上,得出水下生产系统布局的几点启示,以期为我国南海深水油气田水下生产系统的布局提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on four forms of typical layout for underwater production system,namely,single well tieback,chrysanthemum chain,template manifold and cluster manifold,a comparative analysis of the adaptability of various layout forms was conducted.In order to make a further study of the feasibility of the four layout forms in engineering application,the full-dry,whole-wet and half-dry half-wet independent development models were put forward taking as an example the deepwater oil-gas field E of West Africa and referring to its water depth,reservoir trap size,number of wells,distribution of well network,and so on.Seven underwater layout schemes were designed according to the characteristics of the four layout forms.Finally,five layouts of CM-5-1 and CM-5-2 of whole-wet cluster manifold were recommended as the optional scheme through a comparative analysis.Based on this,several implications concerning underwater production system layout were obtained so as to provide the reference for the layout of underwater production system of deepwater oil-gas fields in the South China Sea.
