【摘要】 具有技术及人才优势的我国大学衍生企业在市场上表现出差强人意的绩效水平。文章通过对大学衍生企业创业导向、产业网络嵌入及绩效之间结构方程的构建,以及中国大学衍生企业数据样本的实证检验,结果表明:大学衍生企业的产业网络嵌入能够提升企业的绩效水平;产业网络嵌入对大学衍生企业的创业导向与企业绩效关系起显著的中介作用;大学衍生企业的创业导向能够提升企业的绩效水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 China University spin-offs,with the technology and talent advantages in the market competition,have demonstrated a low-level performance.The provision of China University Spin-offs(USO) survey data enabled a structural equation model for testing the relationship among China USOs’ entrepreneurial orientation(EO),industrial network embeddedness,and performance.The empirical results found that: the industrial network embeddedness of China USOs can enhance the level of performance;the industrial network embeddedness plays a significantly mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance;the entrepreneurial orientation of China USOs also enhance the level of performance.更多还原
