【Abstract】 A rise in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and triglyceride is one of independent risk factors in coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemic stroke,and therefore the attention should be paid as early as possible to dyslipidemia. The use of lipid-regulating drugs has achieved the positive effect in clinical treatment with the development of the lipid-regulation drugs. The rational and individual medication should be determined by the patient’s blood lipid level, risk degree, clinical manifestation and the drug adverse reaction.
