【摘要】 目的:介绍JCI先进的静脉配置药品的管理模式,并总结在新的管理模式下我院PIVAS药师工作内容,探讨药师在JCI模式下的新作用。方法:按照JCI标准中《药品使用和管理》的目标和要求,对本院PIVAS药师在审方、核对、高风险药品管理、药品保存、差错处理等各工作环节起到的作用和存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的改进措施。结果:通过不断发现、核查、改正,总结等持续质量改进,药师在静脉药物配置中心发挥药学专长,静脉药物配置差错率由2010年的0.033‰降至2011年的0.025‰。差错率大幅降低,保障病人用药安全。结论:通过JCI认证,对我院PIVAS各个工作环节存在的问题不断循序改进,药师为病人提供更加安全、合理、优质、规范的药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To introduce JCI system drug management and the work content of pharmacists under new management mode,and discuss the new role of pharmacist in PIVAS under JCI mode.Methods:According to the objective and standard of drug usage and management in JCI system,the mistakes and problems in verification and check of prescription,highrisk drug management,distributions and corrections were analyzed.Results:The mistake rate decreased to 0.025‰ from 0.033‰ by continuous quality improvement of drug management.Conclusion:Via JCI certification,any pharmacy process in PIVAS could be improved and pharmacists can provide safe,reasonable,and normative pharmacy service for medication.更多还原
