有机液体化工产品痕量硫不同检测方法的一致性评价

【摘要】 多家实验室分别采用微库仑法和紫外荧光法测定了醇类、醚类、芳烃、酮类等有机液体化工品中的痕量硫。对检测结果分别采用t检验法、相关系数法和Bland-Altman法进行统计分析来评价两种方法的一致性。结果表明,微库仑法和紫外荧光法在测定有机液体化工品中的痕量硫时无显著性差异。

【Abstract】 Trace sulfur contents in several organic liquid chemicals,such as alcohols,ethers,aromatics and ketones,were measured by microcoulometric method and ultraviolet fluorescence method.In order to evaluate the consistency on the two different test methods,the test results were analyzed by the t test,simple correlation analysis and the Bland-Altman method,respectively.The results show that there exists no significant difference between the two test methods for determination of trace sulfur in organic liquid chemicals.
