【摘要】 目的 探讨数字化大平板X线摄影系统SLOT Scan全景拼接技术对青少年脊柱侧弯畸形的诊断价值。方法 应用SLOT Scan全景拼接技术对临床拟诊为青少年脊柱侧弯畸形与矫形术后的85例患者进行了站立位正侧位摄影检查.15例患者加照Bending位,分析其影像征象,判断有无先天性脊柱畸形,测量其Cobb角、Risser征并对胸腰椎生理曲度的变化进行分析。结果85例患者前后位及侧位图像上均可以清晰显示胸椎、腰椎,22例颈椎过度曝光,C5以上显示欠清晰。其中特发性脊柱侧弯67例,先天性脊柱侧弯18例。Cobb角<10°19例,Cobb角在10°～40°之间51例,Cobb角>40°15例,Bending位Cobb角改变<10°7例,>10°8例。Risseir征0～Ⅱ度51例,Risser征Ⅲ～Ⅴ度34例。矢状面平衡正值6 4例,负值21例。结论 SLOT Scan全景拼接技术能够提供功能位的影像和准确的测量数据,可作为青少年脊柱侧弯患者制订治疗方案的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of SLOT Scan digital radiography in adolescent scoliosis.Methods The SLOT Scan digital radiography was applied for 85 patients with clinical diagnosis adolescent scoliosis or post-orthopaedy.All patients were underwent a P-A and lateral photography in standing,15 patients with a dual Bending photography.The features of all images were analyzed.The congenital spine vertebral malformation were judged.The Cobb angle and Risser sign were measured,and the physiological curvature changes of thoracolumbar were analyzed.Results The thoracic and lumbar vertebra of 85 patients were displayed clearly on the P-A and lateral imaging.The cervical vertebra of 22 cases were excessive exposure.Therefore,the cervical vertebra above C5 were showed unclearly on lateral imaging.67 cases were idiopathic scoliosis,18 cases were congenital scoliosis.The Cobb angle of 19 cases were less than 10°,51 cases were between 10°and 40°,and 15 cases were greater than 40°.The Cobb angle change of 7 cases were less than 10°,8 cases were more than 10° in Bending image.The Risser sign of 51 cases were less than Ⅲ degree.34cases were between Ⅲ and Ⅴ degree.The positive value of sagittal balance were 64 cases.Negative value were 21 cases.Conclusion SLOT Scan digital radiography can provide functional images and accurate measurement.It can conduct the treatment for adolescent scoliosis patients.更多还原
