【摘要】 目的 探讨肘关节周围韧带肌腱附着处骨化对氟骨症的诊断价值。方法 分析2011-03在燃煤型地氟病区人群调查中发现的23例氟骨症氟性肘关节病患者的肘关节X线征象。结果 肱骨内、外上髁肌腱附着处骨化各7例,桡骨头环状韧带骨化6例,肘关节间隙狭窄18例,肘关节面下骨小梁粗大或细密改变10例,肘关节面下骨质囊性变4例,滑车外侧骨嵴骨赘形成4例,肱尺关节内缘骨赘形成8例,上尺桡关节相对面骨赘形成3例。结论 桡骨头环状韧带骨化及肱骨内、外上髁屈伸肌腱附着处骨化是氟性关节病具有特征性的重要征象,对氟骨症的诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ossification of ligament and tendon attached around the elbow in diagnosis of skeletal fluorosis.Methods X-ray findings of elbow in 23 patients of skeletal fluorosis with ossification of ligaments and tendon,which were found out in a survey of coal-burning fluorosis areas during March,2011 were analyzed.Results There were 7 cases with ossification of medial or lateral epicondyle of humerus,6 cases with ossification of annular ligament of radius,18 cases with narrow elbow joint gap,10 cases with trabecular bone thicker or fine under the surface of the elbow,4 cases with cystic changes under the surface of the elbow,4 cases with osteophyma of lateral bone crest of trochlea,8 cases with humeroulnar joint marginal osteophyte,3 cases with proximal radioulnar joint osteophyte.Conclusion The ossification of annular ligament of radius and medial or lateral epicondyle of humerus is a characteristic sign for fluorosis arthrosis,it is very significant in diagnosis of skeletal fluorosis.更多还原
