64层螺旋CT血管成像不同重建方法在肺动静脉畸形诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)不同重建方法在肺动静脉畸形影像诊断中的应用价值。方法 对10例肺动静脉畸形行胸部64层CT平扫及血管造影成像,采用多平面重建(MPR),最大密度投影(MIP)及容积重建(VR)显示肺动静脉畸形结构。结果 CTA发现肺动脉畸形在10例中9例单发,1例多发,共发现13个病灶。单纯型8例,复杂型2例。结论 综合应用64层CTA不同重建方法能提高肺动静脉畸形诊断的准确性,并能为临床治疗提供可靠的影像资料。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of different kinds of reconstruction techniques of 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiogra phy(CTA) in the diagnosis of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations(PAVMs).Methods 10 patients with PAVMs underwent plain CT and CTA at 64 MSCT scanner.The imaging data of pulmonary arteries were processed with multiple reconstruction techniques including MPR,MIP,VR constructions.Results 13 PAVMs were revealed by CTA in 10 patients.The lesions were single in 9 cases and multi-PAVMs in 1 case.8 cases were simple type,2 cases were complex type.Conclusion Different kinds of reconstruction techniques are useful for the diagnosis of PAVMs,and can provide reliable data to the clinical treatment.
