【摘要】 目的 分析腕三角骨背侧骨折的X线及多排螺旋CT表现,以提高对该病的认识和诊断。方法 回顾性分析6例资料完整的腕三角骨背侧骨折病例,并结合文献复习。6例均行X线检查,其中5例行多排螺旋CT检查。结果 6例腕关节X线正位片均不能明确显示腕三角背侧骨折,而腕关节侧位片均能显示骨折片,多排螺旋CT能显示腕三角骨骨皮质缺损及骨折片移位。结论 X线侧位片可显示三角骨背侧骨折片,多排螺旋CT检查是良好的诊断手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study X-ray and multislice spiral CT(MSCT) findings of dorsal fracture of the wrist triquetrum,in order to improve the knowledge of dorsal fracture of the wrist triquetrum.Methods 6 patients with dorsal fracture of the wrist triquetrum were retrospectively analyzed with review of literature.All cases underwent X-ray,5 cases underwent MSCT scan.Results The dorsal fracture of the wrist triquetrum in 6 cases could not be showed by frontal radiographs of the wrist,while the fractures could be visualized by lateral radiographs.The cortical break and displacement of bone chip in 5 cases could be detected by MSCT.Conclusion The dorsal fractures of the wrist triquetrum can be visualized by lateral radiographs.MSCT images may be more sensitive than conventional radiographs for detection of chip fracture.更多还原
