【摘要】 目的 分析常见妇科急腹症的CT表现,以提高对妇科急腹症的CT诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析14例经手术病理证实的妇科急腹症的临床资料和CT征象。结果 14例妇科急腹症分别为卵巢畸胎瘤并蒂扭转8例、巧克力囊肿破裂4例、卵巢黄体囊肿破裂2例。8例扭转病例中7例扭转肿瘤为囊性或囊实性,6例输卵管增粗,4例可见偏心性囊壁增厚,2例行增强扫描者囊壁未见强化。4例巧克力囊肿破裂病例中3例可见盆腔多发囊性低密度影,与肠管分界不清。2例黄体囊肿破裂病例均表现为附件区囊实性肿块并盆腔积血。结论 在妇科急腹症中进行CT检查对临床诊断可以起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT features of gynecologic acute abdomen,so that to improve the knowledge of this disease.Methods Clinical data and CT findings of gynecologic acute abdomen in 14 cases with surgically and pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 14 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen,there were ovary cystic teratoma torsion in 8,chocolate cyst rupture in 4 and ovarian corpus luteum rupture in 2.Of 8 case with ovarian tumors,the lesions were cystic or cystic-solid in 7,in which there were eccentric wall thickening in 4 cases and tube thickening in 6 on CT images.The cystic walls in 2 cystic or cystic-solid tumors were lack of enhancement after contrast medium administration.In 4 cases with rupture of chocolate cysts,the multiple cystic low dense lesions which were ill-defined margin with the intestine were seen in 3 case.While on CT images,rupture of corpus luteum cysts in 2 cases appeared as cystic-solid masses with pelvic hematocele.Conclusion CT is an effective supplement means for the clinical diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen.更多还原
