【摘要】 目的 探讨下腔静脉滤器在下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗中的应用价值。方法 对46例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者行腔静脉滤器植入术,并给予相应抗凝等综合治疗。观察滤器的位置、形态及有无并发症。结果 所有患者静脉滤器均成功植入,4例患者出现相关并发症。40例患者随访3～6个月,无滤器移位,血栓形成及致命性肺栓塞发生。结论 下腔静脉滤器在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中能有效地预防肺动脉栓塞的出现,但需谨慎操作,严格掌握适应证,减少相应并发症的出现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the inferior vena cava filter(IVCF) transplantion in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT).Methods 46 cases with LEDVT were treated by insertion of IVCF with anticoagulation at the same time in our hospital.The location and shape of the filters as well as the complications were observed.Results All inferior vena cana filters were successfully transplanted,no complications occurred except in 4 patients.40 cases were followed-up for 3-6 months after the procedure without fatal pulmonary embolism(PE),filter drift and thrombosis occurred.Conclusion IVCF implantation is a safe and effective method for the prevention of PE in the patients with LEDVT,but it need care about operation and indications to reduce the complications.更多还原
