【摘要】 目的 研究中国汉族正常成人颅腔体积的大小分布,为建立“中国标准脑”提供颅腔体积测量数据。方法 采用全国16家医院多中心临床研究形式,选取18～70岁健康志愿者300名,其中男150名,女150名,按照年龄18～30、31～40、41～50、51～60、61～70岁进行分组,分别定义为A、B、C、D、E组。所有受试者均行三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T₁WI采集图像,并对不同性别和年龄段的颅腔体积分别进行方差分析。结果 女性颅腔体积为（2 429 124.385±255 532.028） mm³,男性为（2 696 425.759±269 059.771） mm³,颅腔体积在性别上差异有统计学意义（F值为79.284,P值为0.000）,女性的颅腔体积较男性的小。A、B、C、D、E组颅腔体积分别为（2 617 133.937±300 444.676） mm³、（2 569 966.953±315 781.536） mm³、（2 557 420.101±326 607.557） mm³、（2 565 465.432±243 349.116） mm³、（2 516 984.969±283 908.89）mm³。5组间颅腔体积差异无统计学意义（F值为1.883,P值为0.474）。结论 高分辨率MRI能提供较为精确的脑结构图像和测量数据,本研究提供了中国汉族正常成人颅腔体积的参考值范围,为建立“中国标准脑”提供了科学数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the intracranial volume of healthy Han Chinese adults so that to provide intracranial volume data for the establishment of "Chinese standardized brain".Methods In the multi-center,300 healthy volunteers of both genders（male 150,and female 150）,aged from 18-70 years,were chosen from 16 teaching hospitals.They were divided into five groups（A,B,C,D,E） by the age,namely 18-30 group,31-40 group,41-50 group,51-60 group and 61-70 group.All of the volunteers received head MRI scan（T₁WI three dimensional magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequences,T₁WI-3D-MPRAGE）.Statistical data of intracranial volume of different groups（gender or age） were treated by ANOVA.Results The value of intracranial volume of female volunteers was（2 429 124.385±255 532.028） mm³,and it was（2 696 425.759±269 059.771） mm³ of male volunteers.The difference between female and male groups in intracranial volume was significant（F was79.284,P was 0.000）,and the value of intracranial volume of female volunteers was smaller than it of male ones.The values of intracranial volume of group A,B,C,D and E were（2 617 133.937±300 444.676） mm³,（2 569 966.953±315 781.536） mm³,（2 557 420.101±326 607.557）mm³,（2 565 465.432±243 349.116） mm³,（2 516 984.969±283 908.89） mm³,respectively,and the difference among these five groups in intracranial volume was insignificant（F was 1.883,P was 0.474）.Conclusion High resolution MR imaging can provide more precise images and data of intracranial volume of healthy adults.This study offers the range of value of intracranial volume of healthy for the establishment of "Chinese standardized brain".更多还原
