【摘要】 目的 与三维超声心动图(3-DE)对照,评价回顾性心电门控64层螺旋CT(64-SCT)冠状动脉造影同时定量分析左心室功能的可行性及准确性。方法 临床拟诊或可疑冠心病患者20例,接受64-SCT冠状动脉造影检查后,1周内同时接受3-DE检查,使用设备自带心功能分析软件评价心功能。所有数据均以x±s形式表示,应用配对样本t检验及相关分析检验。结果 2种方法所获得的左心室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左心室每搏输出量(LVSV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室心肌质量(LVMM)测量值,其差异无显著统计学意义(P均>0.05);2种方法所得测量值均有较好的相关性(r均>0.906),相关性检验有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 本研究64-SCT定量评价左心室功能具有可行性,其结果与3-DE高度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of ECG-gated multislice computed tomography(MSCT) for quantitative assessment of left ventricular function in comparison with the three-dimensional echocardiography(3-DE).Methods 20 cases of clinical diagnosed or suspected coronary artery disease underwent 64-SCT coronary angiography and 3-DE examination within one week.The heart function was evaluated using the device comes with software.All data were expressed as x±s and tested with paired samples t test and correlation analysis test.Results The values of end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),end-systotic volume(LVESV),stroke volume(LVSV),ejection fraction(LVEF) and myocardial mass(LVMM) of the left ventricle measured by two methods were not of statistically significant differences(P>0.05),but were of good correlation(r>0.906) and statistically significant correlation test(P<0.05).Conclusion 64-SCT quantitative evaluation of left ventricular function is feasible,the results are of high correlation with 3-DE.更多还原
