【Abstract】 Sertoli cell resides in testicular seminiferous tubule,which is the only body cell contact with the spermatogenic cell,plays a crucial role of regulation in the process of spermatogenesis;Sertoli cells can provide structural support for the sperm cells in spermatogenesis;It also secrete a variety of proteins that involved in the transportation of materials required by spermatogenesis;Simultaneously Sertoli cell express a number of membrane protein that promote the formation of local immune privilege and provide a favorable microenvironment for the sperm;Sertoli cell performs adhesion and phagocytosis,eliminate the apoptosis sperm in spermatogenesis.With further research in recent years,there are new understandings in some respects.更多还原
