【摘要】 在深入分析国内外已有的创意城市评价指标体系的基础上,从文化创意能力、技术创意能力、产业创意能力、管理创意能力和城市创意支撑能力5个方面,提出一套适合我国创意城市的创意能力评价指标体系.该指标体系包括文化创意能力、技术创意能力、创意支撑能力、管理创意能力、产业创意能力5个二级指标和18个三级指标.采用主成分分析这一种客观的评价方法,对北京、天津、上海等12个创意城市的创意能力进行了评价.结果表明:创意城市的创意能力存在着明显的差异,深圳、北京、上海、成都、南京经济发展水平高,科技实力雄厚,创意人才聚集,属于创意能力强的城市;杭州、天津、武汉、大连、西安相对来说经济发展水平较高,但科技创意能力不如一类城市,自主研发能力不足,属于创意能力较强的城市;青岛、宁波、济南、广州、重庆政府的引导、扶持力度不足,创意支撑能力较差,属于创意能力较弱的城市.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of in-depth analysis of existing index systems about creativity all over the world,a index system was proposed that suit the creative cities of China from five aspects,such as cultural creativity,technical creativity,industry creativity,institutional creativity as well as ability to support creation.This index system contains five second class indexes and eighteen third class indexes.On the method of principal component,an evaluation was made on twelve creative cities,such as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and so on.The results show that there are significant differences in different creative cities: Shenzhen,Beijing,Shanghai,Chengdu Nanjing are strong in level of economic development,science and technology strength,which have the strongest creativity;Hangzhou,Tianjin,Wuhan,Dalian,Xi’an are strong in level of economic development,but technology creativity is weaker than the first kind of creative cities;Qingdao,Ningbo,Jinan,Guangzhou,Chongqing are insufficient in government guidance and support,which are weaker creative cities.更多还原
