【摘要】 针对我国现行茶叶卫生质量相关标准已经不能适应当前日益严重的茶叶污染,该文在借鉴和参考国内外最新茶叶卫生质量相关标准的基础上,结合我国茶叶卫生质量的实测情况以及有害物质的毒理学报告,提出了更为科学的《生态茶叶卫生质量标准》,包括7类共576项指标,拟从终极产品上有效杜绝和监管生产上的违法行为,切实保障茶叶的质量安全,以期为我国茶产业可持续快速发展提供强有力的技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the related published hygiene quality standards can not meet the requirements of tea quality monitor in our country for the reason of increasingly serious pollutions.Thus,a more scientific standard called Hygiene quality standard for ecological tea is suggested in this article according to the related published hygiene quality standards for tea worldwidly,the actual hygiene situations of tea products in China,as well as the toxicology reports of the harmful substances.It includes 7 kinds and 576 indicators,can effectively prevent the illegal actions and well protect the safety of tea products.It is expected to provide a strong technical support for the sustainable development of Chinese tea industry.更多还原
