【Abstract】 The field of dynamic capabilities has developed very rapidly over the last ten years.The concept of dynamic capability has emerged as a complement to the Resource Based View(RBV) as an attempt to explain competitive advantage in a rapidly changing environment.This paper brings out the ambivalence of the literature on the conceptualization of dynamic capabilities by discussing the origin of dynamic capabilities and the ambiguities surrounding its definition and attributes.It makes an attempt to provide directions for working towards measurable constructs for dynamic capabilities.更多还原
