【摘要】 目的探讨α-及β-catenin在进展期胃癌转移淋巴结内癌细胞中的再表达情况及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法,分别检测了86例进展期胃癌原发灶及其相应淋巴结中α-及β-catenin表达情况。结果 37例(43.02%)进展期胃癌转移淋巴结中α-及β-catenin再表达阳性,与肿瘤分化程度密切相关(P<0.05),转移淋巴结内α-catenin再表达与肿瘤病理类型密切相关(P<0.05),转移淋巴结内β-catenin再表达与肿瘤病理类型无关(P>0.05),α-及β-catenin再表达与肿瘤大小及浸润程度无关(P>0.05)。结论转移淋巴结中α-及β-catenin再表达是进展期胃癌发生中的重要事件,在胃癌的发展中也起重要作用,联合评价两者的功能具有更重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the re-expression of α-and β-catenin in cancerous cells of metastatic lymph nodes of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of α-and β-catenin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 86 primary gastric tumors and the corresponding matastatic lymph nodes.Results In 86 advanced gastric carcinoma,re-expression of α-and β-catenin in metastatic lymph nodes was detected in 37 cases(43.02%),and the re-expression of α-and β-catenin in metastatic lymph nodes was closly related to the degree of tumor differentiation.The re-expression of α-catenin in metastatic lymph nodes was closed related to tumor pathological types,and the re-expression of β-catenin in metastatic lymph nodes was not related to tumor pathological types.Conclusion The re-expression of α-and β-catenin is an import event in the generation of advanced gastric carcinoma,and played an important role in development of advanced gastric carcinoma,it is of important clinic significance that we evaluate α-and β-catenin together.更多还原
