【摘要】 目的探讨微波热疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法 60例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,分为2组,均常规给予对症支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上行微波热疗。结果治疗组疾病控制率66.7%,对照组疾病控制率36.7%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组在食欲改善、疼痛缓解率、KPS评分提高方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论微波热疗是1种对晚期恶性肿瘤行之有效的治疗方法,可以明显改善患者的生活质量,且不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of microwave hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with advanced cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced cancer were divided into two groups.The patients in the two groups received best supporting care and the patients in treating group received microwave hyperthermia.Results The overall disease control rate(DCR) was 66.7 % and 36.7 % in the treating group and the control group,respectively.The difference of DCR between the two groups was significant.Comparing to the control group,the KPS score,clinical symptoms such as pain and anorexia were significantly improved in the treating group.Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia is an effective regimen for patients with advanced cancer and can improve patients’ life quality remarkably.The side effects were well tolerated.更多还原
