【摘要】 我国高校学报至今已有一百多年的历史,高校学报在发展和繁荣中形成了一些基本的运行机制,这些机制可以概括为:稿件处理网络化、数字化;严格的质量控制机制:"三审四校一读"制度;明确的责任机制:篇责任制、期责任制与执行主编负责制;提高核心竞争力的稿源优化机制;促进期刊发展的特色栏目制;学术影响力的评价追踪机制;自成特色的队伍培训机制。在实际运行中,这些机制相互联系、相互促进,它们共同构成学报工作的基本模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been more than 100 years since the establishment of university journals,during which time there developed some basic mechanisms.They include cybernation and digitalization of manuscript-processing,strict quality control(system of three-time examinations,four-time proofreading and one-time scrutinization),mechanism of clear responsibility(responsibility for every article,every issue and responsibility system of executive editor-in-chief),competition-improving mechanism of contribution source optimization,special columns for promoting the development of journal,assessment and follow-up mechanism of academic influence and training system with its own characteristics.In reality,these mechanisms and systems interrelate and interact with each other to jointly constitute the basic model for journal operation.更多还原
