【摘要】 目的:研究PI3K-Akt-mTOR信号传导通路中P70s6k和4EBP1在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达情况及与膀胱癌发生发展的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学法和Western blot法检测P70s6k和4EBP1在正常膀胱组织和肿瘤中的表达情况。结果:与正常组织比较肿瘤中的P70s6k和4EBP1蛋白水平表达显著增加(P<0.05),表达量在浸润性癌中高于非浸润性癌且随膀胱癌病理级别增高而增高。二者表达有显著相关性(r=0.97,P<0.05)。结论:P70s6k和4EBP1在膀胱癌中呈高表达,并与肿瘤临床分期,病理分级密切相关,可能在肿瘤发生发展过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of P70s6k and 4EBP1 in PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway in bladder urothelial carcinoma and determine their significance in the development and progression of urothelial carcinoma.Methods: Both immunohistochemistry and western blot were emploied to measure the expression level of P70s6k and 4EBP1.Results: Compared to normal urothelium expression of P70s6k and 4EBP1 increased considerablely(P<0.05),futhermore expression of P70s6k and 4EBP1 rose as urothelial carcinoma progress.And,there was positive correlation between the expression of P70s6k and 4EBP1(r=0.97,P<0.05).Conclusion: The expressions of P70s6k and 4EBP1 have significant correlation with clinical stage and pathology classification of bladder urothelial carcinoma,and play vital roles in the development and progression of urothelial carcinoma.更多还原
