【摘要】 目的:探讨横结肠肥大细胞增生症的诊治方法。方法:报道1例横结肠肥大细胞增生症,回顾性分析其临床、影像学、肠镜表现、实验室检查及病理、免疫组化特征,总结本病诊治过程。结果:本例患者经积极诊治,术前活检病理及术后病理均诊断为横结肠肥大细胞增生性疾病,术后6月因肿瘤进展死亡。结论:横结肠肥大细胞增生症临床罕见,症状不典型,容易误诊,缺乏特异性治疗方法,预后不佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia.Methods: To report one case of transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia,retrospective analyze of clinical manifestations,imaging findings,colonoscopy performance,laboratory tests,pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics,summary the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Results: After active treatment,the patient preoperative biopsy and pathological diagnosis of transverse colon mast cells were proliferative diseases.Due to tumor progression the patient died 6 months after operation.Conclusion: Transverse colon mast cell hyperplasia was rare with atypical symptoms,lack of specific treatment,and the prognosis was poor.更多还原
