【摘要】 目的:比较平消胶囊联合三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)与单純3DCRT治疗老年食管癌的疗效。方法:60例局部中晚期老年食管癌患者,中位年龄79岁,年龄70-89岁,随机分为联合组(30例)和放疗组(30例)。放疗均采用三维适形放疗,总剂量(60-64.8)Gy/(30-36)次/(6-7)周,联合组放疗同时口服平消胶囊4-6粒、一日三次,出院后仍继续服用平消胶囊。结果:联合组和放疗组的总有效率(CR+PR)分别为90.0%和66.7%(P=0.024)。两组生活质量好转率分别为72%和40%(P=0.013)。两组的主要的毒副反应为食管炎、血液学毒性,患者均可耐受。结论:平消胶囊联合三维适形放射治疗老年食管癌的疗效较单纯三维适形放射治疗有显著提高,并可提高老年患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pingxiao-capsule combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer.Methods: There were 60 elderly patients completed the treatment,median age was 79 years(range 70-89 years).60 patients were randomly divided into Pingxiao-capsule combining 3DCRT regimen group(combination group) and radiotherapy group.Results: Response rate was 90%(27/30) for Combination group,66.7%(20/30) for the radiotherapy group(P=0.024).The quality of life in the combination group was significantly better than that in the radiotherapy group(P=0.013).The main adverse effects were esophagitis and hematoxicity,which patients could tolerate.Conclusion: Pingxiao-capsule combined with 3DCRT in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer is effective and can improve life quality.更多还原
