【摘要】 目的:研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen activator,uPA)在胶质瘤中不同部位的表达及临床意义。方法:对16例胶质瘤采用神经导航引导下手术切除,术中导航定位肿瘤的中心、边缘及外周区域,分别取标本,应用免疫组化SP染色法检测uPA的表达。结果:uPA染色定位于肿瘤细胞的细胞质内,在肿瘤的边缘区表达最高,其次是中心区,肿瘤的外周区表达最低。结论:uPA在胶质瘤不同区域表达不同,这可能与胶质瘤的侵袭有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA) in different regions of glioblastoma.Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining technique was used to examine the expression of uPA in 16 cases of glioblastoma.Position tumor central,marginal and peripheral area during the operation using neuronavigation guided surgical resection.Results:The staining for uPA was localized in the cytoplasm of tumor cells,the highest expression in the marginal zone of the tumor,followed by the central area,peripheral region of the tumor expression was the lowest.Conclusion:There is a difference of uPA expression in different regions of glioblastoma,which may be associated with glioblastoma invasion.更多还原
