【摘要】 目的:观察接受分次全身放射治疗的血液恶性肿瘤患者的早晚期毒性反应及预后。方法:对14例血液恶性肿瘤患者进行分次全身放射治疗,作为异基因骨髓移植的预处理。结果:14名患者均能顺利完成全身分割放射治疗,早期急性反应均能耐受。经过一年以上随访,1年生存率为57%(8/14),5年生存率为37%(3/8)。结论:患者对分次全身放射治疗具有良好的耐受性,可以作为异基因骨髓移植的重要预处理手段在临床上广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the acute side effects and late toxicities of fractionated total body irradiation(FTBI) and the survival in the treatment of hematological malighancies of patients.Methods:FTBI had play an role in preparative cytoreductive regimens for bone marrow transplantation(BMT) and were performed in 14 patients with hematological malignancies.Results:All 14 patients were successfully finished FTBI,and the acute side effects were lower.1 years survival rate was 57%(8/14),5 year survival rate 37%(3/8).Conclusion:The patients have satisfactory tolerance with FTBI.FTBI could been a major component in preparative regimen for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of hematological malignancies.更多还原
