【Abstract】 Spinal metastases is the most common spinal tumor.Good systemic treatment increases the patient’s survival.How to choose the appropriate treatment depends on some factors,including histological type of the primary tumor,the severity of systemic disease,the existing complications,previous treatment,age and general condition,life expectancy and so on.This article reviews the newest clinical treatment options of spinal metastases,including medication,radiation therapy,chemotherapy,surgery and minimally invasive surgery(MIS),the treatment approach.更多还原
