【摘要】 目的:观察三乙醇胺乳膏预防和治疗鼻咽癌患者急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:将61例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,31例在放疗开始时给予三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹为用药组,30例只进行常规皮肤护理指导为对照组。结果:用药组出现皮肤反应较慢,在照射剂量40Gy以前,对照组80.0%出现皮肤反应,而用药组仅有38.7%出现皮肤反应(P<0.05)。用药组2级放射性皮肤反应发生率为29.1%,未出现3级以上放射性皮肤反应,而对照组2级以上放射性皮肤反应达83.4%,其中3级为6.7%,4级为6.7%(P<0.05)。结论:三乙醇胺乳膏能有效减轻和预防放射性皮炎的发生,保证放射治疗的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trolamine cream in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods: Sixty one patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma accepted radiotherapy were devided into two groups randomly.Treatment group(31 cases) was given trolamine cream application since the beginning of radiotherapy while the other 30 cases were given without this medication but general skin care program as control group.Results: In the treatment group,the rate of radioactive dermatitis at 40Gy was 38.7%,that in the control group was 80.0%(P<0.05).The rate of radiation dermatitis of grade 2 in the treatment group was 29.1%,as compared to 83.4% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Trolamine cream can alleviate the patients’ sufferings and improve their quality of life,as well as effectively prevent acute irradiation-induced dermal injury.更多还原
