【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析山西省人民医院超声科经临床诊断的89例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的声像图特点。结果:89例患儿均有不同程度肠系膜淋巴结肿大,抗感染治疗后复查淋巴结明显缩小或消失。结论:彩色超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断中具有重要意义,是小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎临床诊断与疗效观察的首选检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of color ultrasound in diagnosis of children’s mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods: The ultrasonography characteristic of 89 cases diagnosed children’ mesenteric lymphadenitis in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All of 89 cases were diagnosed mesentery lymphatic tumefaction at different levels.The lymph nodes were decreased and contracted after anti-inflammatory treatment.Conclusion:There is an important significance of clinical applications to diagnosis children’s mesenteric lymph node inflammation with ultrasound.Ultrasound is the preferred assistant method in clinical diagnosis of children’s mesenteric lymphadenitis.更多还原
