【摘要】 目的:观察复方鳖甲软肝片联合阿德福韦酯片治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:将50例乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期(chind-pugh积分≤7分)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组25例给予复方鳖甲软肝片联合阿德福韦酯片治疗。对照组25例仅给予口服阿德福韦酯片治疗。48周后观察临床疗效。结果:在改善症状、肝功能及肝纤维化指标方面,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HBV-DNA阴转率比较两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片联合阿德福韦酯片治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效确切,且能很好地改善肝功能,缓解临床症状,阻止肝硬化进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Fu Fang Bie Jia Ruan Gan Pian(FFBJRGP) with adefovir dipivoxil tablets on hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:Fifty patients who had hepatitis B cirrhosis at the decompensated stage with the chind-pugh value ≤7 were selected and divided into therapy and control group randomly.Twenty-five patients in therapy group were cured with combining of FFBJRGP and adefovir dipivoxil,meanwhile,twenty-five patients in the control group were cured only with adefovir dipivoxil.The curative effects were investigated in 48 weeks after treatment.Results:The symptoms such as liver function and liver fibrosis of patients in the therapy group were improved and were significantly better than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significance between the two groups in the HBV-DNA negative convension rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of combining FFBJRGP and adefovir dipivoxil tablets are significantly valid in curing the patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.The liver function of patients can be obviously improved.The symptoms can be obviously alleviated and the cirrhosis process can then be stopped.更多还原
