【摘要】 目的:观察17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯及其联合化疗对EC901食管癌的抑制作用。方法:将接种EC901瘤细胞的裸鼠分为对照组、17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯组、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组、17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯联合5-Fu组,连续给药9d,分别检测肿瘤抑制率、外周血常规、骨髓有核细胞计数、肿瘤病理等指标。结果:17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯治疗组瘤重明显小于对照组,联合5-Fu组肿瘤生长分别低于5-Fu组和照射组。结论:17aα-D-高炔雌二醇-3-乙酯联合5-Fu对EC901食管癌的抑制具有增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the inhibition effects of 17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate and combination with chemotherapy on esophageal carcinoma EC901.Methods:Inoculate the nude mice with esophageal cancer cells EC901 and then divided them into four treatment groups:17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate,5-Fu,17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate combined with 5-Fu and control group.Each group were continuous deliveried drugs for 9 days.After days,the inhibition rate of tumor,blood count,nucleated cell in bone marrow were examined.Results:Tumors of 17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate group were apparently lighter than control group.Compared with 17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate group and 5-Fu group,the growth of tumors in 17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate combined with 5-Fu group was slower.Conclusion:17aα-D-homo-ethynylestradiol-3-acetate combined with 5-Fu can increase the inhibition effects to EC901esophageal cancer.更多还原
