【摘要】 目的建立金牛七的质量控制标准。方法 从金牛七的性状、鉴别、检查及浸出物测定等方面进行研究。结果 金牛七的性状、鉴别特征明显;药材水分平均含量为9.40%;总灰分、酸不溶性灰分平均含量分别为4.13%、0.68%;醇(40%乙醇)溶性浸出物平均含量为27.47%。结论 从性状、鉴别、检查及浸出物测定等方面可以有效控制金牛七的质量,该研究为金牛七的质量标准制订提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the quality control specification for Jin Niuqi herbs.Methods The content of Jin Niuqi herbs was detected by the flowing aspects: character,identification,examination and extract determination and so on.Results The characteristic of Jin Niuqi herbs is obvious;the average moisture content of medicinal materials was 9.40 %;the average of total ash and acid-insoluble ash were 4.13 % and 0.68 % respectively;the average of alcohol(40 %thanol) extract was 27.47 %.Conclusion This method can be the quality control specification for Jin Niuqi herbs,and provide a basis for formulate the quality standard.更多还原
