【摘要】 目的观察骆驼蓬总碱软胶囊对移植型鼠源S180肉瘤和H22肝癌细胞在荷瘤动物体内生长增殖的影响。方法 通过对昆明种受试小鼠右腋皮下接种S180肉瘤和H22肝癌细胞,分别建立体内两种不同移植型肿瘤病理模型,观察骆驼蓬总碱软胶囊在浓度为60 mg/kg、30 mg/kg及15 mg/kg连续ig给药10 d,对荷瘤小鼠体内瘤细胞裂殖生长增重的抑瘤作用及对脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响。结果 骆驼蓬总碱软胶囊对鼠源移植型S180肉瘤细胞在三批次荷瘤小鼠体内的增殖生长均具有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率在25.44%～48.81%之间,剂量组30 mg/kg抑瘤作用相对较好;对移植型H22肝癌细胞在三批次荷瘤小鼠体内的抑瘤率在21.91%～28.23%之间,剂量组60mg/kg抗癌作用相对较好;且显示对两种不同荷瘤小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数均未见有显著性异常影响。结论 骆驼蓬总碱软胶囊对鼠源S180肉瘤细胞和H22肝癌细胞在荷瘤小鼠体内增殖生长均具有较好的抑瘤作用,且对荷瘤小鼠免疫器官亦未见有明显异常性毒性损伤的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of soft capsule of herbal pegani total base on the growth and proliferation of murine S180 sarcoma cells and H22 hepatoma cells in vivo.Methods After two different type transplantation tumor pathologic models were established by received a flank subcutaneous inoculation of Sarcoma S180 and hepatocellular carcinoma H22,we try to observe the effect on weight of tumor-bearing mice,spleen index and thymus index at a concentration of soft capsule of herbal pegani total base at 60 mg/kg,30 mg/kg,15 mg/kg by a continuous infusion for 10 days.Results Soft capsule of herbal pegani total base: 1.on murine S180 sarcoma cells and H22 hepatoma cells’ inhibition in vivo: soft capsule of herbal pegani total base can inhibit the growth of mouse S180 sarcoma cells,it has a relatively good inhibition when inhibition rate is between 25.44 %~48.81 %;soft capsule’s concentration is at 30 mg/kg;2.When inhibition rate is between 21.91 %~28.23 %,soft capsule’s concentration is at 60 mg/kg,it has a relatively good inhibition on liver cancer cells in mice H22 tumor,but has no significant impact on the spleen index and thymus index.Conclusions Soft capsule of herbal pegani total base has a good proliferation on murine S180 sarcoma cells and H22 hepatoma cells in vivo and no damage to the immune organs.It indicated that soft capsule has better anti-tumor effect,it is worth studying further and provide experimental basis for developing into a new anti-cancer herbs.更多还原
