旱地小麦休闲期耕作+播种方式对幼苗的影响

【摘要】 研究了休闲期耕作配套不同播种方式对越冬期0~60cm土壤蓄水量、单株干物质量、根系活力、叶片可溶性糖含量及保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,旱地小麦休闲期深松较深翻可提高越冬期0~60cm土壤蓄水量,且均以全膜覆土穴播显著最高,膜际条播次之。深松配套沟播、全膜覆土穴播、宽幅精播较深翻可提高越冬期单株干物质量、根系活力,深松配套条播、宽幅精播、膜际条播较深翻可增加叶片可溶性糖含量,深松可显著降低越冬期叶片POD、SOD活性。结果还表明,全膜覆土穴播可增加越冬期干物质量积累,降低POD、SOD活性。休闲期若采用深松,则配套全膜覆土穴播越冬期根系活力最高,若采用深翻,则配套膜际条播最高。膜际条播可显著增加越冬期叶片可溶性糖含量。可见,旱地小麦休闲期深松+全膜覆土穴播可促进冬前干物质量积累,休闲期采用深翻+膜际条播可提高越冬期根系活力,增加可溶性糖含量。本研究可以为旱地小麦休闲期耕作配套播种方式提供一定的理论依据,并为旱地小麦蓄水保墒开辟新途径。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the effect of tillage supported sowing method in leisure period on soil water storage at the depth 0~60 cm,dry weight in plant,root activity and resistance index in wintering of dryland wheat.The results showed that subsoiling can improve soil water storage at the depth 0~60 cm,dry weight in plant,root activity and soluble sugar content,and reduce POD,SOD activity of leaves.The results also indicated that soil water storage at the depth 0~60 cm and dry weight in plant were highest under full-film casing bunch;root activity was highest under membrane side of the drill;soluble sugar content,the activity of POD and SOD were lowest under full-film casing bunch,and the difference was significant from other treatments.So,the cultivation practices of subsoiling supported full-film casing bunch in leisure period helped to improve soil water storage capacity,and promoted the growth of dryland wheat.This research can provide a clue to soil water storage in leisure period of dryland wheat.
