【摘要】 目的:探讨早期干预对妊娠期糖尿病高危儿早期智能发育的影响。方法:将2010年6月—2012年6月在广州市越秀区妇幼保健院出生的母亲患有妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期糖耐量异常的婴儿分为糖尿组和糖耐组,各50例,同期间母亲妊娠期血糖正常的婴儿50例为对照组。通过对婴儿在1,4,7,10和13个月时的智能连续监测评估及针对性干预,三组结果之间进行两两比较。结果:1～7个月的智能评估均有单项的统计学意义。10～13个月的智能评估有多项的统计学意义。结论:母亲患有妊娠期糖代谢异常的婴儿出生后通过医教结合的干预,各项精神动作发育、智龄及智商发育与正常儿比较仍有差距,但智力低下、运动落后、脑瘫的发生率却明显减少,存活质量得到显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of the combination of treatment and teaching to the early intellectual development for the high risk infants whose mothers suffered from gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:One hundred and fifty infants born in the Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Yuexiu district in Guangzhou was divided into three groups.As the experimental group,it included two parts.50 of them were those whose mothers suffered from gestational diabetes mellitus,and 50 were those whose mothers were impaired glucose tolerance.The last 50 infants whose mothers were normal were regarded as control group.To evaluate the intellectual development of these infants constantly when 1 month,4 months,7 months,10 months,13 months and do some niche targeting measure to them.Finally,compare the results with each group.Results:All of the intellectual evaluations from 1 to 7 months have one piece of statistical significance.And the evaluations of 10 to 13 months have one-more statistical significance.Conclusion:Intervening the experimental group infants with the combination of treatment and teaching after born,there are still some disparities between the experimental group infants and the control group ones.The experimental group infants are less intelligent,and their loco motor systems are backward.However,their morbidities of cerebral palsy are decreased dramatically,and their qualities of life are improved greatly.更多还原
